Well there's not much to do, I just hand out servers.

I need to obtain additional servers for Mumble as I move into file hosting and Minecraft.

You should host VMWare Servers, where you just host a little VMware, put up a remote connection and let the person go nuts

If you are even allowed to do this, ask the people at your company if you can send them a LaCie Starck 2TB hard drive if they could hook it up to your servers. They are on sale for 120$ on amazon :O
