orange, and use the trees to help build the houses.

We should build farms to keep the markets in supply of food and worry about expanding the population later.

Did you not read the part where he said there were more than enough farms?

Orange.

And cool project.

Red, since we need a little somethin' somethin' near the bridge. That and it would be easier to move product since it's closer to the bridge.

OH ITS HOUSING. I missed that. Well, I still say red because the people get a lovely view of the river.

Thanks for the responses guys; I will start working on the update after I've checked up on all my stuff. So just a little bit more time for voting. (You'll know if I'm working on it if the poll is locked.)

Update Seven: November 1903

The board of directors voted to build the new houses on option Orange. Once the homes were built, immigrants from back East and North took up residence; bringing the population of San Ramon to 2700. This is the view of the valley from the new neighborhood:

The other housing development built by an anonymous realtor has also been completed. This development shows the first Apartment/Terrace block in the town (foreground):

The biggest change to San Ramon is a power plant; giving electricity to the streets, homes, and shops of our growing town. This is very attractive for businesses and factories; we've had many offers for a new factory complex since the completion of the plant.

The Proposal

As mentioned before, the appearance of the power plant has increased the desirability for more factories. So that is what today's proposal involves.

Two of the options come with a train station; this is so laborers can get to work quickly, and for cheap export.

Choose between the usual colors; Red and Orange come with stations due to reasons explained above.

You have a day to vote. :3

Bonus pic

The new lights of electricity shine in San Ramon; piercing the dead of night.

Red, cause it has railroads/closest to farms (supplies for factories) and houses (faster transport)

Yet you didn't vote for red.

Orange, it makes the residential area less deisrable. We should keep the factories and other industrials away from residential areas for maximum desirability.

Around 30 minutes before I start the update; so better vote soon.

IMO your red looks like orange and your orange looks like yellow
but that's just me

Also, great work on this topic!
