Update Seven: November 1903
The board of directors voted to build the new houses on option Orange. Once the homes were built, immigrants from back East and North took up residence; bringing the population of San Ramon to 2700. This is the view of the valley from the new neighborhood:

The other housing development built by an anonymous realtor has also been completed. This development shows the first Apartment/Terrace block in the town (foreground):

The biggest change to San Ramon is a power plant; giving electricity to the streets, homes, and shops of our growing town. This is very attractive for businesses and factories; we've had many offers for a new factory complex since the completion of the plant.

The Proposal
As mentioned before, the appearance of the power plant has increased the desirability for more factories. So that is what today's proposal involves.
Two of the options come with a train station; this is so laborers can get to work quickly, and for cheap export.

Choose between the usual colors; Red and Orange come with stations due to reasons explained above.
You have a day to vote. :3
