How does it even relate to Riddler?

I'm confused. D:

Tom

They should be sent to a prison faculty and go though a sugary process that removes all their extra muscle and fat tissue, their genitals, and their gastronomical tract. Their legs and arms hands should be replaced with metal extensions, and then they should be sent to work at a energy reactor.

It's called a "conversation".

I say kill all of the prisoners. The world population is too high, and I'm sure people would stop commiting crimes if it always meant death.

I'm going to accuse of you of a crime when your Militaristic Dictatorship kicks in and watch you die by the hands of your own system.

However, don't get me wrong: I'd much prefer executions be carried out by gunshot. It's a painless, instant death, the kind I'd want if I was in their position.

That's exactly what I was arguing in the first place, but even if it has to be done at all, there's no reason you cannot provide the deceased with some amount of respect when they are murdered by the system. They're not war criminals, they're not Goebbels, or Stalin, or Gorbachev or Farrah Aidid.
