I meant leprosy as in your talking like their outcasts that cannot be respected or gotten near to. As Lepers are treated.

Most criminals simply had a bad upbringing, some of them were apathetic about what happened, and almost all of them regret ever doing what they did (and not because they were imprisoned). You've got this extremely prejudiced view of criminals as a whole, as if every single one of them is psychotic and bloodthirsty, and that's not the case.
