NASA cannot afford to buy parts for space shuttles anymore because even the lowest bidder drastically raises their prices when government-run businesses want to buy.

If NASA left shuttle-building to private companies, they could afford to make even MORE shuttles year-round than NASA, and quickly develop a better space travel system than NASA could ever hope to afford to do.

And let's not forget that those private companies that do get advertisements into space, could you imagine how much money they would be making? That's more than enough motivation for everyone to start spending.

Hate Speech is a term. Terms have definitions. Definitions must be explicitly written out in law. Law is written by politicians. Allowing politicians to define what sort of speech is considered hateful, and then giving them the power to silence those voices, is one of the worst ideas I have ever heard in my entire loving life.

The price of freedom is more than just dead soldiers. The price of freedom is having to put up with those most free. This includes people like the Westboro Baptist Church, NAMBLA, the Ku Klux Klan, and every other organization out there full of deranged lunatics. If we say it's OK to shut these people up, we say it's OK for any organization to be shut up. The political party in charge at the time will use all of these resources we've given them to mute opposition to their agenda. That's how politics works.
