I've made it to the Pokemon League, but i feel so unready, so i gonna spend some time leveling my Pokemon to level 55 - 60, in my party is Throh, Samurott, Lampent, Victini, Excadrill, and Unfezant, i have 50 Super, Hyper and Max Potions but not Full Restore, 30 of all the status healing items except Full Heal, i have 30 Revives i think, and 6 Max Revives, my Pokemon are currently level 46 - 48

I beat it with a team of 45-47 pokemon. Just keep trying, even if you lose you still get the experience from the battle.
