My Speed Deoxys almost hit 500 speed. 494 and it won't go higher. Damnit

Registeel would help more. It has a resistance to dragons and has some decent Defense too.

i see regice as a Special defense tank more than offensive :u

Also i just got a gyrados.

Use a cloyster. Gets a STAB from ice moves and isn't weak to fire.

Because one of my friends has a chubby for dragons and has been harassing me to train one so we can each have at least one dragon on our team. Little does he know mine is going to be a legendary.

Run around the Battle Subway terminal 100 times, and a secret rail line will open up that leads to Jirachi.
