the Mac version keeps crashing at the most inappropriate times and it's ruined both of my attempts at the wall of flesh

What is the combination to toggle the HUD? I've accidentally disabled my HUD and I'd like it back without having to restart the game.

EDIT: Nevermind, apparently it's the F11 key.

I'm playing with a mod called TerrariaPatcher, which is basically cheat-mode for Terraria.
I turned on max chance to get a rare drop, killed 1 voodoo demon.

is there a mod that changes the appearance/style of characters? that's the one turn-off for me.

ok, so as it turns out, the hard mode boss fights are so intense, they basically overheat my computer and make me crash in the Mac version

I'm going to try fighting stuff at night with a higher fan setting to try and see if my game survives
