1k sand is worth roughly 2 gold, assuming you were to turn it all into bottles and sell them.

Tested this because Wiki was down so I couldn't see if the prices were there; 250 sand = 50 silver.
So yeah, Captain Blue had a 6 gold loss.

Gold coins are easy as forget to get. All you have to do is run into a dungeon and swing a sword for 10 minutes and you have 20 more gold coins.

The time you would spend to mine 1k sand > the time you spend to mine gold to get 1 bar

I have walked to the right. And the left has tons of corruption, which takes forever to get through.
