Guys I just got a huge clue about Stezom, the blue NPC guy.

He refers to himself as an outcast, and when you click him he talks about throwing away spiked balls.

You know those really rare blue goblins that drops the battle cloths?

That's him.

I figured this out by myself. If this is true, I deserve 1 platinum.

And how to spawn him: You have to kill a goblin army/find Stezom wandering around and befriend him.
