The amount of gold generated by a fish statue is a minute is well over 50, I doubt anybody would part with one seeing its potential.
I honestly don't give a forget about the efficiency of my gold farm. I just wanna be able to stand completely still and get a ton of gold (by selling the fish), regardless of how long it takes.

Making a collectors addition would be a richard move against people who already own the game.

HEY LETS BE richardS TO OUR LONG TERM FANS AND MAKE THEM BUY THE GAME AGAIN IF THEY WANT A FUN GAG ITEM!

Exactly why few want to give it up, I'm not saying it's a bad idea.

I'm not going to buy the game again.
I already paid for it.

I'm just gonna go to some server and buy it off a new player.

doesn't work for other people
lololol

Plus it's not like anybody will actually care about it because it's just a useless buff that takes up a space, and that space you could be using for something less worthless.

The item doesn't work if you don't have the CD/Code.
hahaha

Also it comes with irl goodies as well, so it's not like you're just purchasing the game again.

People who already own the game shouldn't have to pay as much ;-;

Why?

guys stop complaining
if you don't think it's right then don't buy it
but if you think it's cool and want to buy it just save up or something
jeez terraria's only £6, is it really THAT big of a deal?

Well then buy it. It's not going to cost a fortune you know.

How much DOES the collecter's edition cost?

How much DOES the collecter's edition cost?
Has it even been said yet?

Either way, it'd probably cost just over the amount the standard edition on Steam costs, given packaging costs etc. No more than £10 probably, and even that's a bit higher than makes sense.

Just to confirm, is the collectors edition a CD version of the game (ie. not on Steam) with a few extra things?
If so, that's useful.

It will most likely cost £20 - £30 actually.
It's going to have real life goodies as well as the game an in game goodies.
It will also most likley be redeemable on steam.
