Whats wrong with me is that I suck, both based on skill and based on the fact that I still have basic armor/weapons
I'm working on gearing up though, I just beat the eater of worlds with gold armor and used the demonite from the fight to get some shadow greaves and a helmet. I use the war axe of the night as my primary melee weapon, I have a nightmare pick, the breaker, a demon bow, keen ball o hurt, ruthless enchanted boomerang, and vilethorn.
