I found the jungle key pretty much instantly, when I went to the jungle.

For key farming, having a second person AFK with a water candle helps a lot
Also you can build a spawn/farm where mbos can spawn from all around then fall into a central location
I like using my pirahna cannon on that, it just keeps going

The build is not legit. I indeed used a bit of server commands.

In terms of my own equipment, I have already achieved every item possible ingame through legitimate means for about a week now. Thus, this is my way of "sandboxing".

Of course, by that, I mean setting up a server by which I'd like to setup a new kind of thrill in multiplayer. (ie. forced PVP outside of town, or the town heals you constantly)

One's a mage weapon, one's a range weapon, one's a melee weapon
They're completely different things, you can't really say 'one's better'

mages are super OP, especially now that there is spectre armor which i have a full set of

i don't need no chlorophyte

(besides that, spectre armor is easier to obtain than like, any armor in the game)
