it doesn't have to be up all the time, just someone that can host when they're on and keep it on until they go to bed or something would do fine

i might be able to do that with steam integration then
my parents internet isn't garbage so there shouldn't be too much lag

i've been running my FTB server just kinda whenever, I'm rarely on and there hasn't been an incident yet
except for a mound of dirt near spawn but come on

are the rules going to be lenient, like just no griefing or straight-up being an ass or will they be more strict

also like tristanluigi said if you put a password on it and only give it to trustworthy people there'll probably be little to no problems

i didn't even do that lol
but I would recommend it, it's what I did for my Red vs Blue server for Terraria
which I forgot to mention on my application!

on my old Terraria one, yes

although because Minecraft is 3D and infinite abuse is not as much of an issue
