Anyone had performance/lag issues lately?

Playing on my own local server, enemies will sometimes jump around. Like I'll shoot at something 10 ft away, then it suddenly jumps to right in my face and hurts me.

Then there's frequent slight, but noticeable fps drops.... which for some reason cause my weapon fire rates to decrease

Also, does anyone wish they did expert mode slightly differently? Like a sort of New Game + that many games have. Enemies would start of slightly stronger than hardmode, and gear crafts would be slightly better.
