Actually, paper hats are probably going to be semi rare in the future, because there's a limited amount. You can't craft or find them, so their value will only go up. I'm not saying that they're the new buds or whatever, but if I was you, I would hold on to mine.


Edit: It has come to my attention that you actually can find or craft the paper hat, so nevermind I guess.
