I took a screenshot, my screen didn't flash, unless you mean killcam pictures, then it's always been like that i'm sure

Also, the game started writing 0 byte screenshots because it broke but didn't crash completely, like what happens to Garry's Mod occasionally, except Garry's Mod writes screenshots, but they're completely black

Also, i have 3 Axtinguishers, normal, Vintage and Strange
