Syringe guns are weak but they shoot and reload very fast which add up to alot of damage

If a medic can't keep looking backwards to watch for spies, then the player is a terrible unaware medic. It's a fault with the player, not the class.

I though heavies were vulnerable to spies, because by the fact of spinning their minigun and are slow. This is why you always watch your back, I've been telling my teammates this numerous times when they're pushing the cart.
