i kind of doubt they'll ever make a medigun that never heals, even if it's WETA.
the worst they can do is make one that can lock onto enemies and sap their health, or remove ubercharge from it.

For some reason TF2 won't launch.

I've tried reinstalling.

It says that TF2 is preparing to launch forever and never loads.

No, I'm not impatient. It literally doesn't load. I did something else while it was preparing to launch for ~2 hours and it still didn't load. It shouldn't take longer than that.
