So I'm guessing it isn't a very good Scout gun? I usually use the Force-A-Nature and am wondering if there's a better primary.

A lot of people like it, many, many more don't.

I think it's alright, fires nice and quick, but other than that, not really incredible.

Yeah so I played Spy for 1 round.  Got around 60 points in that short ctf match.

Next round I played Pyro.  Got 89 points exactly.

Last round I played Soldier.  Got 1 point.
