The C&D inhibits your mobility and you have to move in spurts, it's extremely inefficient

CaD is absolute stuff, have fun getting kills with it or escaping situations
DR is the best, if you time your feigned deaths properly to make it look like you actually died
Invis watch is pretty good if you don't want to use DR, as it has a good amount of time on it. I personally use the L'etranger - partly for the Saharan set, and partly for being able to refill cloak VERY quickly.
