Why does the UGC medal appear as a gaint ERROR? Any way to fix this, or was it just a simple error on loading the texture or something?

Why does the UGC medal appear as a gaint ERROR? Any way to fix this, or was it just a simple error on loading the texture or something?

Everytime I get a giant error sign to be the medal, no one else can see it and I can't see anyone else's medal.

I'm guessing it's a server bug since it works for me on 95% of servers.
