I loving hate League's auto placement. We get placed with a Cho'Gath that has 1400 wins when the highest person on our team is level 30 with just over 100 wins.
They also had a Lee Sin with over 700 wins and a Morgana with about 400. THE forget.

Just because they have a lot of wins does not mean they also have a lot of losses.

If someone with 100 wins is playing with people who have 1k+ wins, then the people with 1k+ wins never learned anything, or have done a lot of trolling, or the person with 100 wins is learning really fast.

It scales by wins? I thought it just scaled by level, because they were playing with level 14s on our average level ~26 team.

It scales by ELO, which goes up if you win and down if you lose.
