Just played on my smurf with jetlok as CD/mana regen/HP regen shaco.
I took 3rd most damage in the game, beating Dr. Mundo in damage taken, and losing only to heimerdinger in damage dealt.
I spent basically the entire time camping our wraiths (topography is perfect for trap and decieve harassment) and wasting the enemy's time over and over. After the lane phase ended I only went home 3 times and only 1 of them was a death.

~ +5% cooldowns from masteries however you want (offense is discouraged because it gives you yucky AD and AP - I had utility I think)
phase 1 - phase 2 - phase 3 (enemy surrendered here) - goal

Ed: Wow I just spammed gp/5 items and took my gp10 quints. We raped bot so hard then carried. Fizz can still do decent damage and the heal reduction is nice even without Ap. Also i got tower dived level 6 by lee sin, urgot and alistar and managed to juke past all of their skill shots using my dash and my tidal/trickster and got a kill without losing any health.

Fizz bot is actually pretty good i won ranked game where i had one :D, Our ad carry was stuff but that fizz soloed the bottom going like 7 1

Having both omen and reverie makes your ultimate a lot less situational; reverie lets you maneuver around real fast in case you don't like where you ended up, and urgot's ult adds 260 resists for a few seconds which cranks up the duration on the randuin active. I consider manamune urgot's only absolute must-have item, and between manamune and reverie I'm pretty good on mana, so it just seems to make more sense as my CD/armor solution.
