Okay, so your problems are:
1. Front of case is borked

and 2. Can't open case?

... I'm panicking stuff over this computer I got in parts. The front panels are punched in, and I can't tell if that counts as damage or something that just needs to be pushed back out because there's a big metal grate in the way that SHOULD come out but seems to have no way of being done as such. It scares me that the only way to check might possibly cause me to damage it and void any possibly warranty or money back on it.

I can't figure out how to get the metal panels for the disc drives out. The manual is just TERRIBLE. Look at the site, click User Manual, that's what I have. It's one line in a ton of languages and 3 tiny pictures each. I can't tell wtf is going on in the pictures. But I think the things come out FRONTWISE. In that case, this case is broken. Seriously, check the manual pdf and confirm the drive things come out the front?

It's not a necessary requirement for every single problem.  Support exists in the event there's something wrong with the product or you need help using/configuring it.  And sure.

I'm not even sure if this isn't an easily fixable problem. What if it back and it turns out it was just pushed in and could have easily be pushed back out? I can't even loving tell if it's broken, but I'm not waiting 3 weeks for the people who said they'd help me with this to come back and actually do so.

Could you take a picture of the part that's pushed in?

contact the place you bought it from

can you like .. point a lamp on it or something? it looks like it's supposed to be like that - because the bottom is covered in shadows and I can't see anything :/

oh. the bottom pictures were a bit better.

try lodging it back into place, or see if there is any way to pop that panel out

You see how it goes inward? Ya, that's not supposed to happen. The inside pictures suck, but I can't get a picture studio in here and setting up lights and such won't help. forget it, I'll try.

read my edit (although brighter pictures would be nice)

also I still think you should contact the people you bought it from. even try google, maybe someone else has had the same problem?

I put a flashlight in there and took pictures. I can't push it back out because the metal grate I can't move is in the way. It looks like, in the manual, they come out the front and not back. What confuses me to forget is the non-punched-in-panels don't even seem to come out the front, so how this is possible is beyond me. The first picture of the process makes no sense, I have no idea what that even is. This was made for someone who knows wtf they are doing, and all the people who said they'd help me aren't even online to help. It's freaking me out. I'm scared of time limits on defective product returns.

Hm...
Well...If all else fails, you could always get kind of violent and just push it back into spot, maybe break the metal block-thing.

Then I couldn't return it. I can't even get in there to push it out... Argh... I might faint... Where the forget are all those people who were helping me before? The ones who knew these components they were showing me.

from the pic showing them punched in. they arent broken.
i dont know if they punch out or in to be removed but they gotta come off.

(you said it was a tool-free case)
the drive locks may or may not have anything to do with the stock drive covers.
i dont know the warrenty rules. but i would be there myself trying to force them out. and not be to concerned about damaging anything.

though ive returned forgeted stuff to newegg many times. and they always been cool about it.

It seems like the ports are supposed to open outward. AKA I can not fix this myself, as everything must move out and not in. And I can't get anything in to push it out. I'm just sending it back, and when I get the new one, I'm hoping we'll take it to this computer store we go to and he'll install everything for us. I'm not going through anymore stress. I'm tired of this already. Let him do it.
