Has anyone else gotten into a stable orbit with stock parts? I got in one once, but I had no fuel and was stuck up there forever.

Gonna try to get a stable orbit again with some fuel left, and land back at the lunch pad. Will record it and post it here if I do it.

Yeah I've done it many times before. I forget what the rocket is like, but you have to launch it straight up on the first stage until it's fun runs out, then spin the vehicle horizontally and fire the second stage until your velocity is around 2300 m/s. You have enough for a deorbit burn too.

This is so fun!

I made a ship that has just enough fuel to get you out of orbit, then some fuel to orbit around and get back.
