KAC is for the current version. After 1.0 is released it won't matter if it's updated or not because the mod will lose it's function, which is to warp to a specific node in your orbit. It's a one time use thing.

i'm aware... i'm talking about mods in general. KAC in particular might be exempt now, but take large mods like B9, KW, or KAS for example. all take time to update.

anyway why are you guys trying to press this home

it's really not that hard: the convenience of having it in the stock game, if it is of equal quality when in the game, is better than having to find and install it separately. this is why i said 'it's a mod though' in response to jaxx saying KAC already had it, implying that there wasn't much point to adding it to the stock game

...we're suggesting to him to install the mod because it's not in the game right now, why does it matter if it's updated when the stock version is there in the next update? and why does he need to find it when I linked it right there? it's a drag and drop one time process. Nothing is wrong with using KAC for the time being.

did you not read what i said or

note: KAC is the greater option in this scenario because there is no stock equivalent. i never said "don't use KAC because it's a mod". i said "but KAC is a mod" to jaxx because what he said

implied that there wasn't much point to adding it to the stock game

Bonus: Guess what real airplane this is a replica of.

Either a F-22 Raptor or a tomcat.

I made a real shuttle in KSP, it didnt fly .-.
How come real life replica's of space craft Dont. Fly., but a MK1 cabin and a solid rocket booster do
