Mega Bear, you should make a map of a floating city like Bespin.
Mega Bear, you should make a map of a full city like detroit.
I like cities like Detroit but then I like floating cities like Bespin.
But which is better. There's only one way to find out!
FIGHT!

Pros n' Cons go!

Bespin

  Pros:
   1. Good for DMs and RPs.
   2. You can pretty much duplicate the same buildings multiple times.
   3. It's original. I don't think it's been made so far.

  Cons:
   1. It'd be difficult to make accordingly to the movie.
   2. It'd have to be floating.
   3. For it to be a good map you would need to make lots of hallways and rooms.

Detroit like map

  Pros:
   1. You have a pretty easy reference. Because it's a real place.
   2. Everybody likes these types of maps. (Or at least I think so)
   3. Like Bespin, It'd be great for DMs and RPs.

  Cons:
   1. It'll take along time.
   2. If not made aligned with the brick grid it's pretty much useless.
   3. Depending on how big and detailed it is. It might lag slower computers.
   4. It'll take along time for people that don't have it to load.

This is what I think. I've never made a map, or even tried. So I could be wrong with some things.

I really like it when people give me suggestions. It lets me know what downloaders want and how I can please them.

I also like it when you guys give me reasons why to make maps like this. I probably wouldn't make Detroit because of how complex making a city map on a blockhead scale is, but a floating city would definitely be interesting. The only problem with making a floating city is that terrain is nearly impossible so it would have to be purely a floating city, not a city on a floating island. I'd like to make something like Bespin, but probably won't because of how hard it would be. I think that Ostinyo, a fellow cartographer, has something like this planned though.

mega bear makes epic maps... I have 3 of them but Im gonna get more. Thanks for making these awesome maps, dude

Sorry for bugging you, but how is the Map I gave you coming a long?

Don't feel like a brownboy. ;)))

I like these. The deathmatch one looks like something out of gmod.

Could you make me an interior?
           Not a map please.

I was thinking of a broken bedroom, or broken kitchen, or both.
It would be nice too if the kitchen broken would have a texture at the bottom instaid of just, nothing.
Thanks!

I would if those interiors could be directly edited with Torque Constructor. Right now the only way to edit them is with Blender, which is alien to me.

Can torque constructor be used to make dts things other than maps, such as weapons or vehicles?  I know it probably doesn't do animations, but can you put together objects that are part of gameplay?

Since you named Phillpines after Phillip, could you make a map named after me? If you do could it be a mansion on a hill or something? :)
