what this game needs is 8 gauge shotguns and miniguns to balance against that barret M82A3
If this game is any good, they shouldn't need to balance the sniper by changing weapons.

As a class, snipers should be able to kill almost anyone easily. What makes a sniper good is not how many people they kill, but who they kill. If Battlefield is what I hope it will be, snipers will play a massive tactical role, not the run-around-and-shoot-people role they play along with every other class in the recent CoD games.

could you make that post in not gun nerd terms? im having trouble making out what you're saying through all the goddamn serial numbers and acronyms
the only things that held my attention were the UAV and EOD bot.

That's the F-16 Fighting Falcon.

I wonder if the EOD bot is going to work like the UAV in bad company 2

To whoever hopes for the miniguns on transports, just get supports. Works about half as well, but still works.

Just came back from a airshow a couple days ago... CAn't seem to find a difference in REAL life F18's and BF3's F18s.

That was my idea.

are you kidding me EA

non-personal demographic information including gender, zip code, information about your computer, hardware, software, platform, media, mobile device, mobile device ID, console ID, incident data, Internet Protocol (IP) address, network Media Access Control (MAC) address and connection
Totally not personal.

I want to talk to the guy who thought of this.

Battlefield 3 is ruined. Over 9000 "anti-cheat" measures.

At first with the battlelog bullstuff I was like, "alright", with Origin, I was "eh... okay."

But that bullstuff?  What the hell, do they want to know if I own a Call of Duty game next?
