You get the famas in the Back to Karkand booster pack. To unlock it, you must get at least 10 revives and 10 heals as a medic using your medic kit and your defibrillator.

The maps in BTK are absolutely amazing, but if you don't have it I would recommend playing mainly on Kharg Island and Caspian Border for jets (I don't like Operation Firestorm) and Grand Bazaar for amazing close-quarters combat (my favorite map).

also earlier i went 2 and 14 on operation metro with a mp7.
wouldn't you expect that i would get more kills with a MP7 in those close quarters?
