Most support weapons are sucky lead syringes that spray bullets in all directions and are only effective when the enemy is 5 metres in front of you.
At least I think so...

support's job is to make the enemy keep their heads down. stay with your team and spray at groups of enemies. even if they don't get hit at all, their aim is forgeted up and they're afraid you'll hit them. plus, if you get the drop on someone, you can easily take down all non-shotgun users as long as your aim is halfway decent.

I know that.
But  I don't like to use that tactic and I rather use the support as commando class with it's C4.
The AS VAL is also pretty handy with the support class due to the unlimited ammo.

So I was playing rush yesterday
I was doing pretty good, but the only guns I got killed by where the really unbalanced ones.
Usas frags
Famas
F2000

Those are the only weapons I got killed by.
Oh and also, Ak-74m is amazing, I got 100 kills with it in just a couple rounds.

Derp, I go to the highest point in the middle of all the combat and just go close-range scope.
