Sorry for the extremely long bump, but I contacted the bank a few days ago. My mom told me that the bank said that it could take up to 30 days for the recharge to take effect.

I've been doing that for more than a month now. I'm starting to get a little anxious to play Steam games again, to be honest.

i dont have problems like this because i dont use steam for every single game. there's no "payment dispute" if you pay the cashier 50 bucks and have the game and serial number in hand.
