I think Fallout 2 broke, I can't seem to make anyone angry.
I tell someone I will shoot their heads off, and then run towards me and stand in front of me without doing anything. I tried another save it worked there, but I don't understand why it doesn't work on the other save?

No matter how badass you are, a fight picked with a squad of Super Mutants is still very dangerous.
After a time they fall like any other beast, but they deal a lot of damage.

To fight the master you need the Psychic nullifier, or a high hp big gunner. You can also ask for a holotape from Vree and use it to convince the master converting everyone is a bad idea.

They need to make one in Russia or Europe. Somewhere over there. It would be cool to see what crazy mutations were in Chernobyl with the nukes AND the radiation from beforehand.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl; 500,000 Roubles in 5 minutes. Compared to these numbers it's damn near poverty in Fallout.

Also, you said Interplay made the first three, that was actually Black Isle before they went out of business because of legal issues. Interplay published them.

Fallout is based on the aftermath of American society with awesome propaganda and stuff., showing off that America actually isn't invincible, contrary to popular (American) belief.

IMO I woudn't want it anywhere else.
