Are they already in a stock pile? If so, make another one for the content in those bins and use Q over that stockpile then hit Take From Stockpile and select the first one.

If you face them, they're basically clowns. But yeah, don't try to face them. Face them if you think your dwarves can handle it.

The only military I have as of now is a 4-person squad wearing partial iron armor and iron weaponry. I think I'll let the panda men live in peace, for now.
