Agrees to limit contact with Isallan.
Agrees to distribute all known information and non-militarized technology to every nation on Cerio.
Shows that the human race must stand together against any other species.
Involves all nations that have had contact with Isallan.
Limits the use of alien weapons, and destroys any extra weapons that could fall into the hands of terrorist organizations.
Agrees to all of the above.
Concludes that this resolution affects every nation of Cerio and can be repealed in the time of 5 years.
