With Tharsha's assistance, the New Nivug Leadership Council has quickly constructed three large urban centers for habitation purposes. With the large loss of personal property, thousands are still homeless, resulting in large slums outside the urban zones. However, these zones have proven to be difficult to police and govern. Multiple IED attacks killed ten NNLC troops today, resulting in a serious crackdown in security.
We were able to arrest some of the seditionists responsible.
Hopefully this period of strife will pass quickly and we will be able to process the homeless into the urban centers.
