Last day of midterms, getting this game either this weekend or next week! Any idea when the holiday sale will be?

I'm surprised how quickly a online mod's getting made, It took oblivion years to get one with less features then this one.

Most of that time for Oblivion was learning the engine/making mod tools. The Creation engine is almost the same as Gamebryo, so people can start modding right away.

except it's not out yet.

I'm not talking about the construction set.

Beginnings of a multiplayer mod.

Pretty much the same amount of progress made with oblivion multiplayer mods except done within a month of release and before the creation kit.
Which is pretty damn good news for those wishing for multiplayer, I can actually see a functioning one coming out eventually for this game guys.

Just bought hard copy and totally forgot about steam. *facepalm

it only downloads a few files that are necessary to run the game, you still have the majority of the files on the disc.
It's part of the drm stuff.

well, at least I got a map made out of super-cool feeling paper

I hope this early start inspires an official multiplayer mod someday for official support... The thought of PvP is scary.

I remember a five-page-long argument about why multiplayer in an Elder Scrolls game would be a bad idea. I believe that was in FrozenEye's topic.

And your point is?

Don't you feel badass when you snipe enemies, one shotting them before they even know what's happening? They were both sitting, and as you can see the woman never even left her seat. The guy got up, and was running into her chair, where as I killed him just as he turned.

Holy stuff guys, you remember that guard I dumped stuff on and you said to take it back? I just found him! Time to save and take it back.
