The 30-day exclusiveness for 360 ends on the 25th, so some time after that. I don't believe there is an announced date, but perhaps they plan to release it immediately?

The crossbow isn't actually all it's cracked up to be. It's fun for the first, say, ten minutes, but then it just winds down to you blindly shooting everywhere every few seconds. It's not a good weapon for anything other than first strikes.
But hey, I've only given the lowly steel crossbow a chance. It could be everything we've ever wanted, idk.

that isn't really true, if it was nonnords wouldn't be living in great number within their capital city.

They just want to rule Skyrim as an independent nation governed solely by nords.
