Could be a faulty fan. I wouldn't worry.
I've got one that does a really loving annoying sound, giving the case a smack helps :)
Don't be too hard though.
ok

Different systems and hardware =/= same thing

Different systems and hardware =/= same thing
the asus one > all the others
it's the same hardware either way so technically they're the same thing

Go to details and look at the specs. Some have HDMI, SD, Micro USB, USB, and other stuff, while the others don't. They are not the same thing entirely, but they are the same core components. I was thinking about the refurbished one, but isn't refurbished old hardware? Not old as in 5 years, just as in  a used condition. Wouldn't it break faster and have cosmetic blemishes?
Edit: I've been reading through the Asus's reviews. Yeah, I'm gonna go with the Iconia.... Not considering the ThinkPad anymore because it lacks any effort of trying to get me to buy it, and the reviews aren't that great, either.

Me new case:

(Crappy phone quality get)

So I bought this new case and I have some questions:
1. What direction should I install the power supply? I can put the fan facing up or down. I should probably do down because there is a dust filter for that right?
2. What direction do I put that fan I got on the side of the case? It's going to help cool my CPU.

In one direction.
(The band; it's a joke)

Also do I really need to put the grill on that came with my fan or not?

1: doesn't matter, optimize for best airflow
2: see 1

not really but do it anyway

Well which way will give make my CPU cooler? (Also tell me which way to face it is intake and outtake)

Intake from the front and top, exhaust from sides and back. Point CPU fan towards exhaust fan.

BIG EDIT:
My rig is (almost) done!

All I need to add now is a better GPU and a new CPU cooler.

I want to upgrade my computer. I have a decent CPU (I think), but a stuffty GPU. Here's my specs:

Operating System:Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
System Manufacturer: eMachines
Model: EL 1352G
AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 220 Processor (2 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 2048MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
GPU Name: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
DAC Type: Integrated RAMDAC
Approximate Total Memory: 889MB

I'm unsure how to upgrade it because of how small the tower is. I just want a setup that can run games decently. Nothing too expensive.
I think I have the tower problem fixed. Found a bulky tower from my old computer nestled inside my closet.

Yes it is.

I'll look up tomorrow what one I have that looks like it and post pics.  I am almost positive they are the same.
