Can't seem to find any standard ATX boards, could you PM me a recommendation?

I would, but motherboards aren't my strongpoint, try using http://pcpartpicker.com/

What do you mean by that?

I mean all that Cakey posted was a screenshot the display tab in dxdiag, I can't judge how good his computer is just from the graphics device he has

how hard is it to open and clean computers without towers

as long as you don't forget up the fans or blow it on sensitive parts

Depends on what you want it for I guess, I doubt you could get anything decent for gaming at that price but if you just want it for work and internet browsing then almost any refurbished laptop at that price would be good enough.
That being said, I have no experience with laptops at all, so I'm just guessing here

The rest of the parts are estimated to come tomorrow - and the order tracking says that the last time they were scanned or something was a town right next to mine; just over a bridge.

FuuuUUUuuuck yeah.

How exepnsive is the cheapest graphics card I can get that'll run shaders on the new 'maximum' level smoothly?
