I don't know what's happening, but it freezes up loading. I will non-permanently delete my cache and see if this is resolved.

Edit: It seems to have to due with if the host is messing with Add-Ons... In which case, if someone is working on their code and changes stuff, suddenly the users can't join because the cloud hasn't updated yet. That's... annoying.

If the cloud doesn't have it it downloads it from the server (much more slowly). There is no updating happening in the cloud. In fact, the files on it stay the same except for when Badspot irregularly updates them.
