From what I hear, the animation team was ran extremely ragged in the middle of the anime. It's most noticeable in episode 13 where they don't even color in certain backgrounds, but it's apparent in almost every episode. They also love to reuse animations; I think the "annie looking back while worried" shot has been used at least once per episode.

Yeah i noticed this too, the first few episodes just blew my mind then after that i felt like they stopped trying :/
