it might just be me, but i only really like dubs in super over the top action stuff, like dragonball z and pokemon

campy dubs like SDF Macross and Gundam 0079 are alright, Gundam Unicorn has a decent dub as well.

they went pretty tryhard with Macross, Lynn Minmay has the same voice actress in English and Japanese.

I'm still not sure what it was that people liked about Watamote so much, it was kinda boring imo.
There are only a few dubs I like but the dub for Midori no Hibi was loving hilarious and made the comedy 100x better.
