quiet sobbing
Wow

They put a lot of hard work into that Poke Ball, how could she just smash it like that?

Poor English and formatting, not to mention your "Ev training" and "Tactics" are wrong
Dude the formating is because i like totes make like billion of these /sarcasm
Anyways the formating is because i am not a master team builder. also because i did do a wifi battle in BW2 and me and my partner lost connections but it was neutral but mostly in my favor (because of brute force and he was doing random stuff trying to make up a tactic/winning point) but i am atleast trying to help out wifi battlers with collected data/ PvWPk (player vrs wild pokemon/ trainers) expericence turned into a guide.

If you hate this just because i am 12
I had a good laugh, thanks.

Here let the stupid Charizard user help out

Aegislash - [Steel/Ghost]

Ability - Stance Change

Stance Change is a very interesting ability which is Aegislash's signature ability. Depending on the type of move that Aegislash uses it will change after a damaging move (Blade Forme) or after its signature move, King's Shield (Shield Forme). This changes its stats, Blade Forme will change its stats to high special attack and attack, low special defense and defense, Shield Forme is vice versa. Therefore Aegislash can switch its stats depending on the situation allowing it to be very versatile on the field. A note is that Aegislash will pop out in Shield Forme when thrown out.

To Obtain

Play the game. Dusk Stone. Pants off.

Ideal Moves to consider in your Aegislash's Moveset

King's Shield [Steel] Protect-like move - If you do not include this move then you remove your ability to use Aegislash to its full potential and your Aegislash is bound to slash your trainer ID card in half. As stated before this will allow your Aegislash to change forme, but it also will work as protect, so then your Aegislash safely transforms, god forbid it transform into an axe. Also, if an unlucky trainer were to attack your Aegislash buddy, that pokemon would have its attack lowered. In reality you CAN still build a very viable team without King's Shield but as far as I know it's not preferred in most movesets that should be built with its available moves.

Swords Dance [Normal] User, Raises Attack by 2 Stages - Remember, with this powerful asset you should focus on physical moves. The moves that follow are mainly going to be physical attacks and not otherwise.

Automize [Steel] User, Raises Speed by 2 Stages, makes itself lighter - Fairly useful if you don't want to use Shadow Sneak in your moveset.

Shadow Sneak [Ghost] Physical, +1 Priority | Base Attack 40 | Accuracy 100 - Lowly distributed move. Aegislash has a fairly low speed on the contrary of its looks, and having a priority move is pretty useful.

Sacred Sword [Fighting] Physical, Ignores defense stat changes | Base Attack 90| Accuracy 100 - Lucky gear is also a signature musketeer. Previously only distributed to four Pokemon, Aegislash can now use it to cover its weakness to dark types.

Iron Head [Steel] Physical, 30% chance to make target flinch | Base Attack 80 |Accuracy 100 - does it even have a head

Shadow Claw [Ghost] Physical, Higher critical hit rate | Base Attack 70 | Accuracy 100 - does it even have a claw

Head Smash [Rock] Physical, 50% recoil from damage dealt | Base Attack 150 | Accuracy 80 - does it even have a head--- Although this can cover its weakness to fire, this move isn't the most ideal to have Aegislash to have. I can't think of a good way to use this except following this up immediately with King's Shield.

Shadow Ball [Ghost] Special, 20% chance to lower special defense | Base Attack 80 | Accuracy 100 - Not the most ideal, but in the end if you do get lucky with that 20%, go wild. Best paired with the Spooky Plate for maximum effectiveness.

Hidden Power [Ice] Special, Damage depends on IVs | Accuracy 100 - Covers its weakness to ground types.

My Ideal Aegislash

The moves above are probably what most people will use, it's really up to you what to make of your Aegislash, as it really is a versatile pokemon that is bound to show up a lot in battles. It takes a technical trainer to fully capture the essence of Aegislash as there are many factors to consider. My ideal Aegislash would probably bulk up its attack right out of the bat and to time your Stance Changes effectively.

Brave Blade of the King (don't all of these have like cool names)
Nature: Adamant/Brave
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 176 HP  / 252 Attack / 100 Speed
Moves:
-Shadow Sneak
-Sacred Sword
-Swords Dance
-King's Shield

I honestly haven't decided whether or not to attribute more into HP or Speed, I'd imagine HP but it's up to you. Iron Head can replace Sacred Sword depending on what you've been fighting more against. Anyways like I stated, when deployed you'd want to bulk up with Swords Dance, and when it comes time to switch into gear you hit them with Shadow Sneak or Sacred Sword. When you've sustained too much damage you can use King's Shield and bulk up as your Leftover's help out a bit. Aegislash is very viable to be considered both a tank and a sweeper and it should be a pokemon you really invest tactics into.

If you'd rather be a Special Attack hitter AND you want to try out a shieldless sword, the following would be a good example of experimenting with Aegislash's versatility:

Jimjamaranga (ideal name for aegislash)
Nature: Modest
Item: Leftovers/Spooky Plate
EVs: 4 HP  / 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed
Moves:
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power
-Iron Head
-Automize

Yeah pretty weird. I wouldn't push this as a really good moveset but hey it's fun to be hip right? Right out the stables you should pump out some Automize, then strike. With this you can cover those other types, and this'd be way better for those who have lower special defense than defense! So there is a plus side. But there are obvious downsides that I shouldn't have to explain.

In Conclusion

Aegislash is a fun pokemon with a nice typing and a small moveset that actually offers a lot of combinations. Aegislash can be partnered fantastically with other pokemon. You should be cautious of Ground and Fire types, along with those that are strong against attacks like Shadow Sneak.

Aegislash.
Synergist.
Agressive.
Has a heart of steel, and a reign like a ghost.
Has a head apparently.
and a heart i guess.
Aegislash for Overused President 2016

On the first moveset I would swap sacred sword with iron head but that's just me.
181 hp 101 speed

For your EV spreads, 510 EVs is the maximum. Also, the way EVs work is that at level 100, every 4 EVs (rounded down) gives you 1 stat point, so you want to make your EVs multiples of 4 as to not waste any. At level 50, which is what wifi battles are set to, it's every 8 EVs gives you one stat point, or if you have odd IVs in the stat (such as 31) the first point comes with just 4 EVs then the rest are 8.

For your EV spreads, 510 EVs is the maximum.
oops i didn't check my math!!!

181 hp 101 speed

thoughts on the new method of getting shinies to hatch?

Wouldn't have bothered me if I hadn't already hatched 2500 eggs to legitimately acquire 5 IV pokes.

Kinda upsetting now though since people can exploit their way to perfection instead of working for it.

i sort of get that people would be bothered by the increased shiny rates in pokemon safaris
but the fact that now you can literally hatch a shiny using some player code and this and that is just really upsetting

im gonna be on my 7th box of Vulpix(es?) in a little bit, and i wouldnt even think of cheating like that

I want a Hoenn remake.

The best generation is Hoenn, in my opinion.
