A new trailer has been released! It reveals all sorts of things about Sun and Moon:

Solgaleo is Steel/Psychic and has the ability Full Metal Body, which negates stat changes. Its signature move Sunsteel Strike disregards the opponent's ability.
Lunala is Psychic/Ghost and has the ability Shadow Shield, which reduces damage taken at full health. Its signature move Moongeist Beam, like Solgaleo's, disregards the opponent's ability.

Professor Kukui gives you a Rotom-possessed Pokédex, and has a "mysterious assistant" named Lillie. You can register Pokémon in your Pokédex to find out where they live in-game by scanning special QR codes. Your friend Hau will be your new friend in the Alola region, which is composed of several islands:

The top left corner of the map looks like it may have a secret region behind it for late game. Same with the small misty island to the right. May be a ground for mythic pokemon.

would anyone be willing to trade me a manectite? I bred a shiny manectric before realizing that the mega stone is exclusive to X, I'd be willing to trade my houndoomite or charizardite Y, or I can offer my breeding services

also I had a spiritual experience with the GTS just moments ago when I took a chance and traded a thundurus for an absol, the trader claimed it was in a dream ball and had the hidden ability and it actually did, along with 4 egg moves and 5 perfect IVs

Leaks of this month's CoroCoro are out, revealing two new Pokémon appearing in Sun & Moon:



This Koala is Nekkoala, the Contagious Dream Pokémon. It's Normal-type and has the ability Definite Sleep, which prevents it from getting any status affliction other than sleep.




This dog is Iwanko, the Deep Eye Pokémon. It's Rock-type and has either Vital Spirit or Keen Eye for its ability.
