These people are idiots. Yes drowning kitty cats is really bad, but torturing his FAMILY or keeping him alive for weeks is stupid. Despite how angry you are these are just tiny animals, they actually went rather quickly, the most you should do is search for him, then report him to the police.

You can't ask, "Have you ever tortured an animal before?"

When you adopt a pet, people trust that the animal will go to a loving home.

When I adopted my cat, the person was sad to see it go, as she had loved it before it had been given to me.

I can't imagine myself ever harming my pet, as I love it beyond words.  This man had tortured a cat that had a name given to it by someone who loved it, or in the very least, cared for its safety.

Edit: I still can't believe the number of people in this thread that are fine with this.
