I would murder this kids family as I tied him down and made him watch, but I'd kill them slowly, dismembering them piece by piece. Then I'd tie him up in my basement and keep him well hydrated. After a week or so I'd see if he wanted food. If he was hungry I'd cut his richard off (burning the cut closed) and feed it to him. If he refused to eat I'd offer him other body parts later until he starved or bled to death.
