Avalonia has control over Rossiya Imperii, it has been annexed into the Avalonian Union. Translators doubling as diplomats are sent over to Erinaum with escorts of light cavalry. Another group is being sent as far as the cbrown town will take them where they will continue with another group of light cavalry. It bis estimated that the groups will reach in a week or so (in game).
A wealthy Avalonian, Zoth, has founded an academy. Academ Zothus is fully staffed, and has around a thousand students at the moment. It's classes include astronomy, alchemy, engineering, art, philosophy, economics, mathematics, reading, writing, and religion. More courses will exist as qualified teachers arise.
Avalonian general Dornon has raised a near legion of hounds that he has trained for war, their spiked collars set them apart from other mongrels an enemy might employ on the battlefield.
Avalonia sets up a new taxation system. Every citizen pays a governmental and military tax, and then pays an additional small tax for every public service provided by the government that they take advantage of. Each tax goes towards its own section, for instance, the road tax pays for road maintainence, with one percent going to the central Avalonian government. Citizens are very happy with the new system, and the central government actually gets more out of the new system than the old.
