Legal pay increases, like congress.
Illegal embezzlement.

Straight theft is a job action that must be carried out in a shady lot like other forms of theft. This leaves behind a clue. This clue is the only way for the mayor to get demerits.

Haha we've used the issue tracker a bit with spacebuild. We don't put all of the issues or tasks on it, but it's great when people are telling you ideas in game. We actually implemented someone's idea because they added it to the tracker.

This is looking nice. Also, how about an actually good crime system that requires an investigation to succeed, a person to report the crime or an authority noticing it in order for the person to actually be considered a criminal?

How will campaigning work?
Will the candidates spam over the chat to announce how they are better than the other and all the political bullstuff, or will there be some sort of profile for the candidate that lists their intentions, or something?

There will be a way to buy campaigning. Every level will cost 1.5x as much as the last. The first level costs $100.

The players with the top 4 campaign levels appear next to the mayor in the primary election.

What influences who players vote for will be their role as a police officer, what they build, etc. Basically stuff other players would notice.
